General conditions of Sale
Dear Customer, below are the General Conditions of Sale to which purchases made from the e-shop of DESMOS® brand products are subject.
1. CHOICE AND PURCHASE
In order to purchase e-shop products online, the Customer must access the area of the Site dedicated to this purpose ("Catalogue"). Each product on sale is accompanied by a photo, a description and a price which may vary depending on the country of destination of the goods. Within the e-shop you can select and book the individual products offered. It will be sufficient to indicate the quantity and confirm, after choosing any variations. In this way the products are placed in the virtual cart. You can add, delete or confirm all the choices made up to that point. In order to confirm the order, the Customer can proceed in these ways: a. if already registered, by entering your email address and password; b. if not yet registered, after registering by completing all the required data. The purchase will be considered completed for Chrysos S.p.A., owner of the DESMOS brand, only when the order is confirmed by the same via e-mail. The confirmation is sent a maximum of 2 working days from receipt of the order. Chrysos S.p.A., at its discretion, may not accept the order if the information provided is incorrect or misleading (e.g. incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details, incorrect or incomplete shipping address), or if it is present on the Site errors on the products ordered (e.g. error relating to the price, availability, or description of the products). The information relating to the Catalog is as accurate and up-to-date as possible, however, any content present on the Site must not be understood as a binding representation or declaration relating to the products. All images, descriptions and illustrations are for indicative purposes only and, given that the colors depend on the monitor used, they may be different from those of the products.
2. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SALES PRICE
For each item the unit sales price expressed in currency, VAT is indicated. (Value added tax) including and net of shipping costs. Shipping fees may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, their volume, weight and place of destination; these elements will be highlighted during the purchase procedure. All products present in the e-shop are available in stock unless specifically indicated otherwise. If unforeseen events should occur due to delays in the delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly informed via e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products. Chrysos S.p.A. ships to all countries foreseen during registration. However, there may be cases in which customs problems prevent the delivery of the ordered products. In this case the Customer will be promptly informed via e-mail and, if necessary, promptly refunded.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
To pay for purchases made on the e-shop the Customer can use the following methods:

4. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
All confirmed orders will be shipped via Express Courier (national and international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. For shipping, a contribution will be requested which will be highlighted during the purchase procedure, in relation to the country of destination of the order. Shipping costs may vary depending on weight/volume and have a minimum standard shipping cost of 7.00 euros, within Italian territory and 10.00 euros to other European countries. Chrysos S.p.A. reserves the right to apply preferential shipping conditions or cancel them, for Italy and abroad, by communicating the conditions of the offer in advance on the Site. The shipment of the products will take place only after the payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed to Chrysos S.p.A.. The products shipped to Italy are approximately delivered within 2-3 working days of shipment; products shipped within the European Union are delivered, always approximately, within 3-4 working days of shipment.
The Warranty indicates the only commitments undertaken by the seller or the manufacturer in the event of discovery of Defects on a Product. Any further liability, including with reference to any indirect damage caused by the defectiveness of a Product, is hereby expressly excluded.
5. IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
The products are not subject to any import tax or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. It is not possible to predict in any way whether and what costs would be incurred for customs clearance of the goods. For more information, you can contact the customs office in your country. In all cases, any costs relating to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the customer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items. The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the period indicated above, via:

Shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the user. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact and in perfect condition, in their original packaging (closed and sealed with shipping tape) and addressed to:
“DESMOS”, Via Vallina Orticella, 8/16 31030 Borso del Grappa (TV) - ITALY
The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account within 14 days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
All purchases are considered made in Italy and are subject to Italian substantive laws.
